Our bespoke wine list and cocktail list has something for everyone - stop by for Apero Hour daily between 3pm and 5pm for $12 spritz and $10 schooners.

Our seasonal menu brings together exquisite flavours of the Med with the freshest Australian produce, and our drinks list does the same. Cocktails pair perfectly poolside or on the terrace overlooking the Rottnest salt lakes - the best seat on the island to watch the sky change colour. For something more sheltered, the rear courtyard offers respite from the sun and wind, with shaded pergolas, banquette seating and communal tables ideal for groups.

Indulge in house-made pastries, baked fresh each morning, alongside a curated selection of continental charcuterie and hot breakfast favourites – crispy bacon and eggs cooked just the way you like them. Breakfast is open to all - guests and visitors to the island - between 7am and 10am.
