Yes. There are 109 rooms on site across the Courtyard, Lake and Poolhouse wings, so your group can stay where the event is held. This is the main reason events here tend to become weekends rather than evenings. Let us know your room numbers with your enquiry.
By ferry, with services running from Fremantle, Perth and Hillarys. Most groups travel together, which turns the crossing into the start of the event rather than a commute. We can help you think through ferry timings when we put your proposal together.
Yes, food and beverages are handled in house. That covers canapes, feasting menus and seated dining, along with beverage service through the event. It is one conversation with one team rather than coordinating separate suppliers.
It depends on the space, the season, your guest numbers and whether accommodation is included, so we price each event individually rather than publishing a rate that would not fit your day. Send through your details and we will come back with a tailored proposal.
As early as you can, particularly for weddings and for the November and December period, when both the events centre and island accommodation book up. If your date is close, still ask. We will tell you honestly what is available.
