These colder months, forget the long-haul flight - Sunday Escapes brings the flavours of a European Summer straight to our own slice of paradise, Rottnest Island.

Each month, we’ll spotlight a different Mediterranean region, served up lakeside at Sunsets Bar & Dining, the best sunset spot on the island. Enjoy sun-drenched flavours and vibrant share style dishes to our euro playlist - all just 30 minutes from Fremantle.
