Kicking off the series, we partner with one of Western Australia’s most renowned wine estates, Vasse Felix. Showcasing the finest West Australian produce, Executive Chef Mat Powell will craft an indulgent multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with a selection of award-winning Vasse Felix wines.
