Guests will be taken on a truffle infused journey. Executive Chef Tom Ferne has teamed up with two local guest chefs, Gord Kahle (H&C Urban Winery) & Guy Jefferies (Millbrook Winery) to curate an indulgent four-course lunch, each with their own take on how to best celebrate truffle flavours. Chris Masten from H&C Winery & Fiasco Drinks alongside Millbrook Winery have come to the party with a curated wine menu paired perfectly with the flavours of the dishes.
