Celebrate the beginning of summer on Rottnest Island. Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life, slow down and soak up the relaxed island atmosphere, with live bouzouki from Michael Anastas bringing the sounds of Greece.
Start with Moët & Chandon and delicious canapés overlooking the glorious salt lakes, then settle in for a Mediterranean feasting menu and finish with petit fours and limoncello over looking the salt lakes.
